Travelling the world with allergies

We travelled the world for 10 months with our three year old daughter who is allergic to eggs, nuts and avocado. It was hard but don’t let allergies stop you. With the right research and translation apps, you can do it too. We had one serious incident in Cuba. I wrote an article about it for Allergic Living check it out.
